Remnants, an urban gospel duo from Lilongwe, has arrested audience’s attention with their latest hit single branded Mwandikondera.
Mwandikondera meaning favoured came to life a few week ago. It features Malawi’s top billed Afro and RnB star Kell Kay.
Speaking to Malawi24 on Wednesday, Eric Baligeya who is one part of the duo expressed satisfaction with the song’s impact on people’s lives.
“We are happy that our song is changing lives as it means our mission is being accomplished. We looked at the world then decided to go on this mission for God,” said Eric.
The hot work of art is enjoying airplay both in audio and visual form while recording more downloads. This signals the profound love between people and the good news track.
Besides that it was produced in an urban fashion, the message it carries is for everyone. This explains the noise it is making in all forms.
Remnants bonded in the year 2013. It has taken them until 2019 to trend, thanks to the wonderfully crafted Mwandikondera.
