Devotion: Programme yourself for success

Pro 23:7 “For as he thinketh in his heart, so is he.”

Your mind plays a big role in your success or failure. You are a product of your mind. That is why it is important to programme yourself always for success.

Failure should not be an option in whatever you do.Renew your mind for victory and success. Only renewed mind would operate in the will of God. Rom 12:2 “Don’t be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind, so that you may prove what is the good, well-pleasing, and perfect will of God.”

Refuse anything that doesnt conform to God’s will. His will is for you to walk in victory always.2Cor 2:14 “Now thanks be to God, who always leads us in triumph in Christ, and reveals through us the sweet aroma of his knowledge in every place.” God leads you to triumph always not sometimes, therefore position yourself for success always. Follow His leading and let no man deceive you. You are a success now and always. Even if you failed in the past that did not disqualify you from being a success. You received Jesus, you take on a nature of a success.

Look at the following scripture, two groups of people, one programmed themselves to fail and another programmed themselves for success. One looked at themselves as capable, another considered themselves grasshoppers. Num 13:30-31,33 “Caleb stilled the people before Moses, and said, “Let us go up at once, and possess it; for we are well able to overcome it!” But the men who went up with him said, “We aren’t able to go up against the people; for they are stronger than we.”..There we saw the Nephilim, the sons of Anak, who come from the Nephilim. We were in our own sight as grasshoppers, and so we were in their sight.”

Those who fail in life have a low self image of themselves. They look at others as being talented and themselves as lacking. They wish they were someone else not themselves.
However those who win believe and appreciate themselves based on what God made them. They look at themselves as having necessary talents to take them far. They look within rather than spend much time admiring others and forgetting themselves. They acknowledge the good things in them.Philemon1:6 “That the communication of thy faith may become effectual by the acknowledging of every good thing which is in you in Christ Jesus.”

Programme your mind with the Word of God and you are a star now and always.Dont allow counsel of non Godly people. Use the Word for good counsel. Psa 1:1-3 “Blessed is the man who doesn’t walk in the counsel of the wicked, nor stand on the path of sinners, nor sit in the seat of scoffers; but his delight is in Yahweh’s law. On his law he meditates day and night. He will be like a tree planted by the streams of water, that produces its fruit in its season, whose leaf also does not wither. Whatever he does shall prosper.”

I am a success. I am what the Word says I am. I will never operate under the opinion of people. I operate according to the Word of God. I operate under his counsel. I am triumphing now and always. In Jesus Name. Amen
