The Central Bankers registered only a single defeat in the just ended season and they are very optimistic of going unbeaten in the 2018 TNM Super League campaign.
Silver Strikers General Secretary Thabo Chakaka Nyirenda told the state broadcaster on Sunday that the club’s management is building a team capable of finishing the whole of the next season unbeaten.
He was speaking soon after unveiling Jack Chiona as their third signing in the ongoing local transfer window.
“We have more surprises for all Silver Strikers supporters as we are not yet done in the transfer window.
“We are building a team capable of going unbeaten next season. We just lost a single match in a league last season and we registered only two defeats in cup competitions so we are very optimistic of having a very good 2018 season,” he explained.
The Bankers have already signed Lazarus Nyemera from Mzuni FC and Mphatso Phillimon from Blue Eagles.
They are currently being linked with a move to sign Esau Kanyenda who is a free agent following the expiry of his six month contract with Be Forward Wanderers.
The Area 47 giants finished third in the 2017 Super League season despite only losing once throughout the campaign.

Don’t be proud with a lot of draws three draws equal two loses. If you are good in mathematics you will agree with me. Three wins you earn 9 points 3 draws you earn 3 points losing 6 points. Make sure you win alot of games this season then we will be proud
Losing one game but failing to crown championship so what is so special to be bosting about unbeaten record?
So many draws

To who???
What are you asking boss?
Lol of the year!!
Last year you promised to win all silverware’s,you only managed airtel top 8.Now you are talking that you will finish the whole season without a defeat.Mpirawo muzisewela ndi mbalame??Osamatha may a Nyirenda,,mpira ndi pa ground.Signing what you think are good players is not enough, they are other factors that contribute to any teams success. Last season even if you could have not lost that game to Red Lions you couldn’t have been the champions. You failed to beat small teams in the league,,dzilankhulani we will see come April.
