Deputy Minister of Defence Vincent Ghambi who is also Member of Parliament for Karonga North has been caught with pants down following a leaked video which is circulating on social media.

The video clip depicts the disgraced deputy minister in his birthday suit showing his manhood to a woman through a video call.

It is understood that he was at United Nations General Assembly (UNGA) in New York when he shared the sex clip with one of the Democratic Progressive Party women who had asked him to send nude motion pictures.

It is not known how the video got leaked but according to some informants it is said that the deputy minister had a fight with the lady who accused him of infidelity.

Currently Ghambi is in United States of America where he was attending the 71st Session of United Nations General Assembly (UNGA) together with President Peter Mutharika.

The deputy minister has since denied producing the clip saying it has been created by his enemies.
