Nyasa, Bullets to officially launch partnership deal next week

After unveiling Big Bullets’s new uniforms on Monday morning, Nyasa Manufacturing Company will officially unveil their K 0.5 billion sponsorship deal to the Malawi league champions at Capital Hotel next week.

According to information made available to Malawi24, the event will take place on 27 December soon after Bullets’s game against Civo Service United in which the champions will lift their trophy.

On Monday, the company’s directors had a special time with executive committee, team officials and players when they had a photo shoot session where among other things, new kits for the team were unveiled.

Bullets landed Malawi’s richest sponsorship deal ever when the tobbaco manufacturing company agreed to sponsor the team with a K0.5 billion sponsorship package for five years (K100 million per season).

This sponsorship deal has brought to an end a 11 year journey without sponsors for Malawi’s finest club.

The last time Bullets had sponsors was in 2004 when former head of state Bakili Muluzi pumped in K15 million for three years and since then, the current league defending champions had no sponsors.
