Malawian coach Franco Ndawa feeling the storm in Swaziland

Malawian Coach Franco Ndawa is passing through a tough time as he is yet to register a win for his side Malanti Chiefs in Swaziland.

Ndawa who was appointed last month as Malanti coach has led the team for two games but the team is still win less in the MTN top flight league.

On Sunday, Ndawa’s side lost to Meke Mwase’s Mbabane Highlanders by three goals to nil. Highlanders are on second position while Malanti Chiefs are at the bottom of the table with 2 points and remain winless this season.

The former Malawi national football team manager, Ndawa, has only managed to grab a point when his side played a goalless draw with Green Mamba.

Three Malawian coaches are working in Swaziland as Meke Mwase is head coach and is assisted by Charles Manda at Highlanders while Franco Ndawa is with Malanti Chiefs.

Malanti Chiefs is owned by among others former Big Bullets Chairman Kondi Msungama who has about 40 percent of the club’s shares.
