The Ntchisi Second Grade Magistrate’s Court has ordered two Malawian men to pay a fine of K40 000 each or in default serve a twelve-month jail term for being found selling liquor without a licence.
The court heard that the men, Masa Makina, 29, of Kabwazi Village, Traditional Authority Njolomole in Ntcheu and Chipiliro Kachigunda, 37, of Zionetsa Village, Traditional Authority Malenga in Ntchisi, on September 3 this year, were found selling liquor without a licence.
The court further heard that police officers conducted a sweeping exercise at Ntchisi Trading Centre when the convicts were foundselling liquor sachets without which led to their arrests and had the cartoons of beer seized.

O! How very true nowadays.
Next time we shall have to pay for using the roads we travel directly like motor vehicle: ie COF, INSURANCE, ROAD TAX etc.
That person should have finished school and get a good job. Or at least get a license.
