Mutharika launches fresh attack on TB Joshua over death prophecies

He may have well prophesied the death of Bingu wa Mutharika correctly in 2012, but the Nigerian Prophet, T.B Joshua has been told to stay away from the lives of Malawi President Peter Mutharika and Zimbabwe’s President, Robert Mugabe.

Mutharika issued the stern warning a few hours ago when he was presiding over the ground breaking ceremony of a multi-million dollar Daeyang Luke Teaching Hospital in Lilongwe.

He claimed that he and Mugabe will live longer and not that their lives are in the hands of T.B Joshua.

The Nigerian had earlier this year in a prophecy according to Nigerian tabloids prophesied that one of Presidents in the Southern part of Africa will die by April this year.

“End of February to April this year, peculiar months for Southern Africa. Organise prayer sessions for the leaders,” TB Joshua said, without elaborating.

The prophecied has been widely feared on Mutharika and his Zimbabwean counter part.

”You (T.B Joshua) will not do what you did to my brother in 2012. Mugabe and I will live long because am not scared with your prophecies.” said Mutharika in the vernacular, Chichewa amid chants from the gathering at the function.

The Malawi leader also branded the Nigerian a ‘fake’ prophet for his failure to make a prophecy about his own guesthouse which collapsed years back.

According to reports  a Lagos guest house belonging to Joshua’s church, the Synagogue Church of All Nations (SCOAN), collapsed, killing at least 115 people, including 84 South Africans who had traveled across the continent for one of Joshua’s renowned healing services.

Mutharika has since sent a strong worded caution to T.B Joshua to let Mugabe and him live their lives.
