Super League champions Big Bullets and their sponsors Nyasa Manufacturing Company have officially signed their K500 million sponsorship deal.
The signing ceremony took place at Atmosphere Bar in Blantyre on Monday morning in front of the media as well as officials from both sides.
Speaking during the function, Bullets chairman Sam Chilunga hailed the partnership between the two parties.
“They will be using our brand and in the process, we will be getting K500 million for the next five years.
“The partnership started way back in 2015 but we have officially signed the deal today so I am very happy with what is on the table,” said Chilunga.
On his part, NMC chairman Konrad Barco said he is proud with the partnership.
“I am proud that our brand will be associated with the people’s team. Our aim is to participate in the CAF Champions League next year.
“We will look after the player’s welfare and we will support the team all the way,” said Barco.
Bullets will be given K100 million per season for the next five years.
The league champions were without sponsors for the past 11 years and this deal will likely put a smile on their supporters’ faces.
