As part of celebrating its sixth anniversary, Malawian firm Hallmark Creations has opened a branch in Lilongwe.
The branch will also help the firm easily meet the demand from clients in the Capital City and surrounding districts.
The company’s Managing Director, Gift Gondwe, said installation of machines is currently underway as the company intends to hire 10 new members of staff to work in the new office.
“The Lilongwe office is now in operation but we will hold an official launch soon so that we should mingle with our clients. Basically they say nearest is dearest so we decided to open a new branch in Lilongwe to ensure proper and quality services,” said he.
Hallmark is renowned for building a name in offset printing, digital format printing, embroidery, screen printing, direct to garment printing, branding, point of sales materials, stationery, personnel protective equipment and signage.
Gondwe said Lilongwe being the hub of business in the country will enable the company to serve its clients based in the Capital City and Central Region.
He added that Hallmark Creations will strive to offer the same services and products of the same quality.
“The services are the same and it is one office serving the clients hence total quality management is at the centre of our services.
“Hallmark Creations Lilongwe branch will offer all services that we have been offering in Blantyre. We assure our clients that the services will be seamless,” said he.
Gondwe also added the Lilongwe office is part of the larger Hallmark investment.
“In Blantyre we have offer 50 members of staff and in Lilongwe we are starting with 10,” he said.
