Africa is blessed with rich music culture and this will be manifested at Civo Stadium in the Capital Lilongwe during the Celebrate Africa concert which will hit the town in the following month.
The event is scheduled for 2nd March and will unite music heavyweights across Africa. It has been organized by a charity organization Angels Across Africa which happens to be a brainchild of England based Malawian singer Sheila Mkhumba popularly known as Malaika.
Celebrate Africa concert is aimed at raising funds towards construction of an eco-sustainable youth hub in Malawi. The hub will provide creative opportunities for the highlighted communities.
Artists lined up to take to stage on the big day are, Ammara Brown and Rokie (Zimbabwe), Oga Family (Zambia), Lucius Banda, Wendy Harawa, Lulu, Sam Smack, Kell Kay, Nepman,and Malaika (Malawi). There will also be traditional dances and other spicy activities.
Tickets are going at an affordable price of K8, 000 while paying at the gate will call for K10, 000. The occasion will be a giant step towards raising the targeted hundred thousand pounds for the aforementioned project.
The organization is also appealing to well-wishers to help with funding in cash donation or any form of assistance.

Angels Across Africa is registered in the United Kingdom under charity number 1163159, but also in Malawi and Zimbabwe. It aims at challenging inequalities faced by marginalized and disadvantaged communities especially children and youths.
