Prize presentation for the Northern Region Simso League is set for this Saturday in Karonga at Museum Hall.
According to General Secretary for NRFA Masiya Nyasulu, everything is set to honour teams.
“We are ready to honour teams on Saturday we are almost done with preparations and I can assure you that come Saturday the 16 February teams will be receiving their prizes,” he said.
He added that the event will start with a football game and later in the evening the ceremony will be held at Karonga Museum.
According to Nyasulu, apart from honouring teams there will be some individual awards such as top goal scorer, player of the season, media awards and others.
Champions Chitipa United will receive K2 million, second placed Bolero United will walk away with K1 million while Fish Eagles will pocket K600.000 while the fourth team Ekwendeni Hammers with K300,000.
Northern Region Football League sponsorship is at K7 million.
