Malinga finally speaks on his relationship with Sangie

Fresh from claiming a double in the Urban Music Party (UMP) awards as best reggae dancehall artist and for album of the year, Malinga Mafia has untied his tongue on his relationship with female singer Sangie.

The Archaida boss commented on the issue in a radio interview when he was hosted by Joy Nathu on radio 2 FM, in Made on Monday program.

Nathu who was also honoured for his contributions in the country’s entertainment industry as a radio personality, asked the reggae dancehall Mafia if he is an item with Sangie.

But Malinga said he believes in making matters of his love life private as such he could not comment anything on his relationship with Sangie.

However the award winning recording artist went on to describe the songstress as one of the baddest female singers in Malawi. Malinga revealed that they have worked on a number of projects together, a factor that continue to raise questions.

This means Malawians will continue speculating on the pair’s relationship. However a good number have been convinced the two are lovebirds due to the high level of proximity between them.

A romantic delivery in I love You video, exposed feelings towards each other but being a created art where people can act, gave people a reason to accept the visuals as they are without making conclusions.

However one wonders as to why it was so hard for the reggae dancehall icon to give a simple yes or no to the straightforward question on whether the two are an item or not.
