All is not well in 2015 Malawi Super League Champions Big Bullets’ camp as reports are showing that the club’s chairperson and first vice chairperson are in a cat and mouse relationship.
According to information made available to Malawi24, the two, chairperson Samuel Chilunga, and first vice Chairperson Sadik Malinga, have been conducting the club’s businesses in the absence of each other.
It is said that they have been accusing each other since Malinga was voted to his position while Chilunga was only appointed by supporters to lead the executive committee of the club.
Main Supporters Committee chairperson, Stone Mwamadi, has confirmed that the working relationship between the two is really poor.
Reports also indicate that some of the members of the executive committee are planning to remove Chilunga from his position.
But there are fears that once he is removed from his position, they might jeopardise the multi-million sponsorship that the club grabbed recently.
Towards the end of last year, Big Bullets clinched a MK0.5 billion five year sponsorship from Nyasa Manufacturing Company (NMC).
