Topik have finished on top of the 16 team league – which was known previously as known as FMB League – with 77 points, just a point above second placed Azungu Academy who defeated ninth placed Moyale Barracks Youth 2-0 on Sunday at Police ground.

Meanwhile, Sanwecka FC have failed to defend the championship which they won in 2017 and they are currently third with 61 points.

They are remaining with games against City Stars and Mzilawayingwe who they will play this coming Saturday and Sunday respectively.

Currently, Sanwecka forward Davie Msuku who has attracted eyes of some top teams in this country is the leading top goal scorer for the league with 28 goals.
