Silver Strikers’ unbeaten start to the season continued on Saturday afternoon with an emphatic 3-nil victory over relegation threatened Dwangwa United at Nankhaka Stadium.

At Chilomoni Stadium, Azam Tigers piled more misery on Premier Bet Wizards with a 1-nil hard fought victory to move up to 6th on the table with 17 points from eleven games.

Frazer Menyani scored the only goal in the first half to condemn Wizards to their second defeat in a row to see them dropping further in the standings.

The rookies started the campaign on a very high note but as the first round of the league is edging closer to the end, things haven’t been good as they have registered three defeats in four league matches so far.
