67. Not murder as the man of did not set out or plan the death of the child, maybe lesser charge of manslaughter but really an unfortunate accident as a resul of very poor construction,

68. It is not murder but manslaughter and i guess if well defended he may not be charged at all because the “accident” happened without the motive of the father to harm the innocent child. Parents should learn to sort out issues without resorting to ‘physical handling’ as this results in events not foreseen circumstances.
