Three Big Bullets officials will today appear before the Chambers of Justice Nyirenda SC of Blantyre High court after being sued by Jafallie Chande for intimidation.

The Bullets supporters have been accused of making Chande’s life uncomfortable as they have been invading his house to issue threats which are against the laws of the land.

According to information sourced by this publication, the three people that have been sued are Big Bullets supporters chairman Stone Mwamadi, Isaac Norman and Big Bullets Technical Director Billy Tewesa.

Chande is accusing the three of issuing different types of threats which are making him to be living in fear.

According to a court document which was made available to this publication, the three will appear in court today at 2 pm.

“Let the party concerned attend to the judge in chamber on the 19th day of April 2016 at 2 o’clock in the afternoon,” reads part of the court document.

Chande claims that since making his move from Big Bullets to Wanderers he has been living in fear as Big Bullets supporters have been trespassing into his home and have been issuing threats to him and his family

Meanwhile Chande will have to spend some time on the sidelines until the Football Association of Malawi (FAM) resolves the saga involving disputed contracts at Nyasa Big Bullets which affected his switch to rivals Might Be Forward Wanderers.
