Man impregnates stepdaughter

Malawi Police in Ntchisi district have arrested a 31-year-old man for having sex with his 18-year-old step daughter under his care and impregnated her.

sexThe suspect has been identified as Daniel Matias of Miti Village in the area of Traditional Authority Nthondo in Ntchisi.

Police investigations revealed that the victim Elestina Daniel has been brought up by the suspect since she was two years old and had to sent her to attain her secondary school at Nkhotakota College Private Secondary School and the suspect was paying school fees for her but unfortunately the victim got pregnant while in form two after being impregnated by his school mate.

It is alleged that when the victim delivered a baby, the suspect enticed the victim to have sexual intercourse with him as part of paying back his school fees after being impregnated by his school mate which she accepted after being forced by the suspect.

The suspect will appear in court soon to answer charges of having sexual intercourse with a female under his care contrary to Section 159 of the Penal Code.

Logically and mathematically it means the guy was already married at 15 and lets asssume the mother is 31as well that tells us she gave birth at the age of 13.
