The newly promoted side from the North, Chitipa United, has promised to perform well in the 2019 Super League.
Chitipa’s new coach Alex Ngwira said this on Thursday after the club began preparations for the new season.
“I can see wonders in this year’s league and we promise to show big teams with names some losing miracles.
“We started training well and we still looking for new blood in the team especially strikers and one defender but all in all my boys are responding positively,” said Ngwira.
This will be the second time for Chitipa to play in the top flight league of the country.
Their first ever Super League campaign was in the 2017 when they were relegated to the lower league.
