The Malawi national football team ignite the preparations for the Cosafa Cup today at Mpira village in Blantyre.
The Football Association Malawi (FAM) says the team will have its training sessions at the MDC Stadium in Blantyre.
The FA has since said that all people are free to watch the first training today as advised by coach Ronny Van Geneugden.
The Flames will participate in the Cosafa cup in South Africa and Malawians are hoping for good results from the team under the leadership of the Belgian.
Their first match is on 25th June playing against Tanzania before other group matches against Mauritius and Angola on 26th and 29th June respectively.
Last week Malawi beat Comoros by 1 goal to nil in at Bingu National Stadium in Lilongwe in the 2019 Africa Cup of Nations Qualifiers.
