After a series of scathing verbal and physical attacks, Nyasa Big Bullets supporters now have a court order advising them to stay away from Jaffalie Chande whom the club is in contract disputes with.

Jaffalie Chande: Says he has been attacked.

Chande has been claiming that he has been attacked at his residence as well as in the streets by supporters who he says are from the Bullets camp and have been telling him they will ‘kill’ him.

According to the team which Chande moved to, Mighty Be Forward Wanderer’s Mike Butao, they have through their lawyer lodged the complaint at court and a restraining order on tortures on the player has been sought.

It is also being reported that Chnade has independently sued against supporters of the Peoples team whose Chairman Stone Mwamadi says they have been asked to appear before court on Tuesday.

The Nomads also accuse Bullets supporters of using the police to scare Chande as the player was summoned at police as Malawi24 reported some days ago.

Chande rejected a contract extension with the Super League champions as he was demanding K3 million signing-on fee.

There is one contract copy signed in August 2014  which states that the duration of the contract is three years.

But Chande maintains he does recognize that contract.

He claims his contract with Bullets is the one which is supposed to end by August 2016 and not 2017 as Bullets says.

The FA has since said before its independent committee makes resolutions on the matter, the player should remain on the sidelines and not train for any club in Malawi.
