Former Malawi national team and Big Bullets goalkeeper Trust Lunda is in hospital critically down with cancer and is currently receiving medication at Kamuzu central hospital in Lilongwe, Malawi24 can report.
The team’s vice general secretary Kelvin Moyo confirmed this to Malawi24 on Sunday afternoon.
Moyo said Lunda has been suffering from the cancer for sometime now and Bullets management is taking care of anything required for his treatment.
Currently he is under the watch of Bullets officials in the capital.
Lunda served Bullets and the national team until he was off the pitch five years ago.
