Thugs broke into a cattle Kraal in Ntchisi district on Monday and stole three bulls, Police say.
According to Public Relations Officer for Ntchisi Police Sergeant Gladson M’bumpha, the incident took place at Chipwitika village in the district.
M’bumpha said the bulls which are valued at K750,000 belong to Winston Chikasauka of the same village who realised that his cattle were missing in the wee hours of 5 July 2016.
“The cattle belong to Winston Chikasauka who locked his cattle in a kraal and when he woke up in the morning of 5 July he found that his cattle were missing,” said M’bumpha.
He added that the complainant tried to search for the cattle in his community but to no avail.
The issue was reported to police who are investigating the matter to trace the suspects and recover the cattle.
