Reports reaching this publication indicate that Flames defender Harry Nyirenda is expected to leave Black Leopards this year after staying with the club for six years.
According to South African media, the former Wanderers defender will be heading to either Tanzanian club Simba SC or South Africa’s promotion-chasing Highlands Park who are both interested in the defenders signature.
Nyirenda has already held talks with the two clubs and will have to make a decision in the next couple of weeks based on how Highlands Park fare in the on-going Promotion Play-Offs.
Nyirenda joined Leopards at the start of the 2010/11 season from Mighty Wanderers (now Be Forward Wanderers) and has become an influential figure, spending some time as captain.
Leopards have already appointed Zimbabwean coach Jairos Tapera as the new man to lead the team next season.
