Malawi National Examination Board (Maneb) says all is in place for this year’s Primary School Leaving Certificate of Education (PSLCE) exams which begins today.

Maneb spokesperson Simeon Maganga says the board is well prepared and expects the exams to begin this morning.

Maganga also confirmed that question papers and the candidates’ identity cards are ready.

A total of 270,646 candidates registered to sit for this year’s PSLCE.

According to Maganga, the board has also made considerations for people with disabilities.

“Maneb has a policy to make sure that all students are treated equally and fairly so that every student should not have advantage on another,” he explained.

He added that the board always makes sure that all students should enjoy their rights.
