The Catholic Church members gave patients items such as gifts include soap, sugar, and salt.

After presenting donations, the Chairperson for Ntcheu Catholic Parish Lyton Lawrent Thumba said the group took the initiative to show they care for patients and celebrate Easter with them.

Speaking on behalf of District Hospital Officer (DHO), Ntcheu district Human resource (HR) Joseph Banda hailed the group for the gesture saying it will alleviate some of the patients’ challenges.

Banda commended people of Ntcheu on such kind of generosity of sharing the little they have with patients as the Ntcheu Parish members did.
