Thursday was a historic day for Dalitso Sailesi. The 21-year-old pacey winger has completed his move from Nyasa Big Bullets to Lusaka Dynamos of Zambia by signing a five year deal worth MK21 million ($30,000).

He becomes the most expensive player to have been sold outside the country from a local club after penning a five year deal with the Zambian outfit on Thursday afternoon.

The former Blantyre United winger left the country on Wednesday alongside his agent Chingeni Agumbala and Bullets Chairman Noel Lipipa to seal the move having impressed the Kitwe based side during the just ended Cosafa Castle Cup in South Africa.

It has also been reported that Sailesi will be earning K1.4 million in monthly salary and he is also expected to receive K6 million in signing on fee.

The former Blantyre United winger was a marvel to watch in all three games he featured for the Malawi national team at the Cosafa Cup before the Flames were booted out after failing to register even a single victory.

During the tournament, he won man of the match award during Malawi’s goalless draw to Mauritius.

His contract at Bullets was expected to end in 2020.

The winger started his career at Polychem All Stars, a Premier Division Club based in Blantyre before joining Blantyre United some years ago.

From there, Bullets got him on board and then he established himself as one of the key players at the 13 time Super League champions before being spotted by Lusaka Dynamos who wasted no time by giving him an outright contract.
