Bola Ahmed Tinubu, the former governor of Lagos State, was inaugurated as the 16th President of Nigeria on May 29, 2023.
Tinubu is the first Muslim to be elected President of Nigeria since 1999.
He is also the oldest person to be elected President of Nigeria.
