An unidentified body has reportedly been discovered in the ceiling of Mpingwe Hostel at the Malawi University of Business and Applied Sciences (MUBAS).
According to a student residing on campus, the body was found by workers carrying out activities at the hostel. Authorities have not yet released an official statement regarding the incident or the identity of the deceased.
The discovery has sparked concern among students and members of the public as investigations are expected to begin. The Malawi Police are yet to comment.
