THE OPPORTUNITY

As a Management Trainee, you will work closely with the Founder & CEO and gain hands-on exposure to different areas of the business. You will learn how Henchi operates, take on increasing responsibility, and develop the skills needed to grow into a future leadership role.

You will also have the opportunity to contribute to selected projects and ventures beyond Henchi, providing broader exposure to entrepreneurship, business development, and management.

This is an opportunity for someone who wants to learn, take ownership, and help build something meaningful.
