Police in Mangochi have arrested four councilors for stealing money from the district’s council.
According to Mangochi police, they are yet to establish the amount of money the councilors swindled but they are investigating the issue. 
Police further said that they will hand over the case to Anti-Corruption Bureau (ACB) once they finish their investigations.
