Malawi has always had problems with height and body building as most players are short and slim with less gym effect. The gym with good instructions give players strength making them attack with full force even in the dying minutes when they are supposed to get tired.
If the Flames maintain the current levels of energy, then expect more entertaining football without goals. Cristiano Ronaldo is among the very energetic soccer stars, likewise Messi and Neymar that is why they are unstoppable when it comes to attacking.

Spot on Malawi24.Most of our players dont have the stamina and looked mulnourished as compare to other teams.Alot of gym work is needed to our players if we want to achieve good results.
