Jail term for man who inserted bottle into wife’s private parts

A jealous man who was arrested last week in Dedza district for inserting a bottle into his wife’s private parts has been sentenced to 10 years imprisonment with hard labour.

Victor Ng’omba ailed.

The man, Victor Ng’omba, was sentenced by Dedza first magistrate court after he was found guilty of grievous bodily harm.

According to Police spokesperson in the district constable Cassim Manda, Ng’omba inserted the bottle into his wife’s private parts on August 5 this year after accusing her of cheating on him.

Due to the assault, the wife fainted. When members of the community were alerted, the man run away but was later arrested by the police.

In court first grade magistrate Enita Banda sentenced the convict to ten years imprisonment with hard labour.

Meanwhile, constable Manda has commended the court for the stiff sentence.

Ng’omba hails from Kadewere village Traditional Authority Kachindamoto in Dedza.

I just don’t understand some men..if yo wife is cheating why physically hurt her?even if we were to use the devils an eye for an eye rule,hurting physically wouldn’t be equal to what she has done cause she didn’t hurt you like that..the bible clearly tell men that you can’t leave yo wife for another crime except her unfaithfulness. So why get all barbaric instead of just divorcing her?you know you won’t have any problem with God cause the woman was cheating and you divorced her for the right reason…so please my fellow men.avoid jail don’t beat or physically hurt women in any way.if she is cheating just leave her she doasnt deserve your love.you’ll find someone much better who will appreciate your efforts..
