Kondwani Kumwenda has joined the Peoples team from Nomads.

‘Scholes,’ as Kumwenda is popularly known, was offloaded by Nomads at the start of the season together with other players that the Nomads technical panel deemed surplus to requirements.

“You will see a lot of players from Wanderers joining Big Bullets and we are also in talks with one of the Nomads players and he will be joining Bullets,” said Tewesa.

When asked to disclose the name the player, Tewesa refused but instead said Wanderers started it and Bullets will bite them harder as more Wanderers players will be crossing the floor.

During the recent transfer window, the Lali Lubani side signed Jafali Chande from Bullets.

But since joining Wanderers, Chande is yet to kick a ball for the Nomads as Bullets claims that the player still has a contract to honour at the club.

The future of the player will be decided today when the Football Association of Malawi disciplinary committee will give its judgement.
