The 22 year old Malawi national football team forward was released by his former club Bloemfontein Celtic a fort night ago after signing a pre-contract with Bidvest Wits.
Gabadinho Mhango has joined Golden Arrows on loan from Wits till the end of the season.
The former Big Bullets striker will spend the next six months at Arrows before joining his new club on 1 July.
He refused to sign an extension at Celtic and was eventually released from his contract by the club following his decision to join the University side.
Due to injuries, Mhango only made five appearances for Celtic in 2015/16 Premier Soccer League (PSL) season from which he scored a single goal.
In another related development, former Mighty Wandeerers and Caps United midfielder Gerald Phiri Jnr has also been loaned out to Botswana where he will play for Township Rollers till the end of the season.
Phiri was signed by Wits last year but could not be registered due to the foreign quarter rule. He will return to the Johhanesburg based side at the end of the season.
