Malawi national football team, shot-stopper Richard Chipuwa is set to undergo a one week trial at Chingale FC in Mozambique.

According to information made available to Malawi24, Chipuwa will travel to Tete this week and if all goes well, he will clinch a deal with the top division side.
This will be the second time for the goalkeeper to try his luck in the neighbouring country having failed to sign a contract last season when he was invited to attend trials with another top division side.
His contract at Mighty Wanderers expired last year and if he is successful during the trial period, he will eventually go as a free agent.
The Flames goal custodian was also heavily linked with a move to Wanderers’ main rival Big Bullets and Lilongwe based giants Silver Strikers but nothing materialised as the Nomads rejected bids from the two local clubs.
