However, conditions in the contract are yet to be reviewed but we have been confided that the team will not be changing its name to Nyasa, as it has been the case with other teams who have been forced to change their names to suit their new sponsors.

K100 million will be pumped in every season for the next five years.

Bullets has been playing in the top flight without sponsors for the past 11 years.

The last time they had sponsorship was in 2004 courtesy of the former Malawi president Bakili Muluzi.

Since then, Bullets has been surviving on gate collections and some small packages from its high spirited sponsors.

Currently, the team is on the verge of defending the Super League of Malawi as it is sitting at the top of the summit with 43 points from 19 games, 7 ahead of the second placed Mafco FC with two games in hand.
