“I am impressed with the way the directorate of road traffic is doing its work as people are being assisted in no time as compared to the past where people were standing on queues for longer hours,” said Ndau.

He added that the reforms established by the current government are showing fruits as it is easing service delivery.

Director of DRTSS Jack Manong’a said the department is collecting more revenue since the establishment of a new system that is easing service delivery.

He however said that the department is facing problems due to lack of vehicles in running their day to day activities as they have two vehicles.

He also said that the new system established at the department is doing well even though the directorate faces network problems.
