Bullets, FAM, SULOM and Wanderers are in a tug of war over Chande’s controversial transfer to Nomads as SULOM, FAM and Wanderers are all saying the player is a free agent while the people’s team are insisting that the player is under contract with them until August.

Bullets now want Wanderers to buy out the remaining months of the contract for K800,000.

Speaking with a local media house, Moyo stressed that justice must prevail from all angles of the story.

“Justice must always prevail on everything. We submitted the contract papers to SULOM and FAM and today we are told that Chande is a free agent, what do they want us to do?” he queried

“We know that there is a reason why they are hiding the contracts documents from us, but they are not punishing us, instead they are punishing the player because as Bullets we will not sit down and allow Chande to play for Wanderers before his contract expires,” he added.
