Following a prophecy by Nigeria’s TB Joshua that a leader of a Southern African country will die before April 2016, a cross section of Malawians are holding their breaths to see if it is their leader who will kick the bucket.
On entering this year, Joshua had told his congregation and the world that they should pray for Southern Africa because he saw one country in mourning.
Although Joshua did not mention any name, President Peter Mutharika took it that he was referring to him and Robert Mugabe. He therefore went to town hitting at Joshua, calling him fake and a business person who uses prophecy to raise funds.
Now with only a few hours to go before April comes, people are wondering if Joshua’s prophecy will come to pass.
