Tender overview
EDF has funds for the procurement of legal services on an annual retainer basis and invites sealed bids from eligible bidders. Bidding will follow the open tendering procedures in the Public Procurement Law and Regulations of the Government of Malawi and is open to all bidders from eligible source countries.
Bidding documents
- Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information and inspect the bidding documents at EDF, Public Service Pension Fund House, First Floor, Presidential Way, Lilongwe, from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm, Monday to Friday.
- A complete set of bidding documents in English may be purchased for a non-refundable fee of K5,000.00, paid in cash.
