Invitation to Tender: Provision of Security Services at TNM Sites

INVITATION TO TENDER
PROVISION OF SECURITY SERVICES
Tender Reference: ITT/SSP/0012026

1. Telekom Networks Malawi Plc (TNM) invites bids from suitably qualified, experienced and financially sound security companies to provide manned guarding and related security services at TNM sites across Malawi.

2. Interested and eligible companies should request the Invitation to Tender (ITT) document by emailing [email protected] and quoting Invitation to Tender – ITT/SSP/0012026 – Security Services in the subject line.

3. All requests for clarification must be emailed to [email protected].

4. Submission of bids: Tenderers must submit their bids by email to [email protected], using Invitation to Tender – ITT/SSP/0012026 – Security Services as the email subject line.

5. Closing date and time: Completed bids must be submitted by 17:00 CAT on 6th November 2026, in accordance with the instructions contained in the ITT document. Late submissions shall not be accepted.

6. It is the responsibility of each bidder to ensure that the bids submitted are in accordance with the instructions contained in the ITT Document. Non-compliance with the instructions will lead to disqualification and rejection of the bid.

7. TNM reserves the right to accept or reject any Tender, in whole or in part, and to cancel the tender process at any stage, without assigning any reason.
