1. HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGER
KEY REQUIREMENTS
• Minimum of Malawi School Certificate of Education (MSCE).
• Professional Certificate or Diploma in Human Resource Management.
• At least 10 years of practical, hands-on experience at a senior level.
• Must be aged 45 years and above.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Lead human resource functions and provide experienced, hands-on senior-level HR leadership.
