KEY REQUIREMENTS
• Good standard of education and excellent communication skills.
• Former or retired senior officers of the Malawi Police Force, or candidates from the private sector with extensive experience in security operations.
• Must be aged between 45 and 60 years.
• Proven ability to manage approximately 125 security personnel across multiple operational levels.
• Must be physically fit.
