Filling Station Attendant

VACANCY: FUEL ATTENDANT
We are looking for reliable, hardworking and responsible individuals to join our team as Fuel Attendants at  Gateway Service Station in Lilongwe.

Minimum Requirements

• Malawi School Certificate of Education (MSCE). Additional qualifications will be an advantage.
• Minimum of 2 years‘ relevant working experience in a sales related job
• Good communication and basic numerical skills
• Honest, punctual and customer-oriented
• Willingness to undergo a medical check up at your own cost
• Ability to work long shifts, weekends and public holidays
• Ability to follow strict health, safety and environmental procedures
• Preference will be given to candidates residing in Lilongwe

Key Responsibilities

• Dispense fuel accurately and safely
• Assist customers and provide excellent service
• Handle cash and other payments responsibly
• Maintain cleanliness of the forecourt and equipment
• Follow all safety procedures in a high-risk, safety-sensitive working environment
• Report equipment faults, fuel spills and other safety concerns immediately
