Action Hope Malawi has donated reflector jackets and other security equipment to Thondwe Community Policing through Thondwe Police Station.
During the donation ceremony, Assistant Commissioner of Police Mackenzie Chingumula, Officer-in-Charge of Thondwe Police Station, emphasized the robust partnership between Thondwe Police, community policing members, and Action Hope Malawi.
Chingumula extended his gratitude to Action Hope Malawi for their generous donation and urged other organizations to provide additional support to Thondwe Community Policing with the necessary security equipment.
In his remarks, Sammy Aaron, Executive Director of Action Hope Malawi, stated that the decision to donate reflector jackets and other security equipment stemmed from their strong rapport with the Police and Thondwe Community Policing.
He promised that Action Hope Malawi will continue supporting community policing structures with security materials.
