PUBLIC NOTICE

NOTIFICATION OF INTENTION TO AWARD A CONTRACT

Date of Notification: 28th October 2026

1. This notification of Intention to award notifies all the bidders in the tender process of our decision to award the contract listed hereunder, in accordance with Section 70(1) of the Public Procurement and Disposal of Public Assets Act (2025). The publication of this notification begins the Standstill period and during the Standstill period bidders may;
– Request a debriefing to the evaluation of the bids and/or
– Submit a procurement complaint in relation to the decision to award the contract

2. Debriefing and deadline of Standstill period
The deadline to request for debriefing expires at midnight on 10th November 2026. Bidders may request a debriefing in relation to the results of the evaluation of the bids. A written request must be made within the Standstill period. The debriefing may be in writing, by phone or in person.
