Invitation to bid

The Ministry of Education, Science and Technology (MOEST) has secured resources for the procurement of non-consultancy services and intends to apply part of these funds towards framework agreements for catering and security services.

The Chairperson of the Internal Procurement and Disposal of Assets Committee at Chikwawa Teacher Training College invites sealed bids from eligible and qualified bidders for the following:

Bidding will follow the open tendering procedures contained in the Public Procurement and Disposal of Public Assets Act (2025) and its subsidiary legislation. The process is open to all qualified and eligible bidders.

Inspection and purchase of bidding documents

Interested bidders may obtain further information from the college’s Procurement and Disposal of Assets Unit and inspect the bidding documents during the following hours:

Monday to Friday: 08:00–12:00 and 13:00–16:00 local time, excluding national public holidays.

A complete set of bidding documents in English is available upon payment of a non-refundable fee of MK10,000 for each tender.
