Key responsibilities

• Lead the procurement function end to end, securing goods and services at the right cost, quality and service levels.
• Drive strategic sourcing, supplier negotiations and measurable savings across key spend categories.
• Build strong supplier partnerships, managing selection, performance and risk to protect business continuity.
• Oversee contracts and uphold procurement governance, including approval limits, audit, ethical sourcing and anti-bribery controls.
• Ensure stock availability and materials readiness by optimising inventory and planning critical spares.
• Lead and develop a high-performing team, driving continuous improvement, service delivery and data-driven reporting.

Qualifications and experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Commerce, Finance, Engineering, Operations Management or a related field.
• Professional procurement or supply chain qualification, such as CIPS or equivalent, strongly preferred.
• Minimum of 8 – 10 years’ progressive experience in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain, including 5 years in senior management.
